A name or place entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider that operates it. That company processes the query and delivers its response. We do not keep a separate log of those search terms.

It publishes general routing information for the Sheriff, the county courts, Washington State Patrol, and the Washington Sex Offender Public Registry. This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor data is not compiled into consumer reports or profiles about other people.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies supply the search boxes. Their own privacy notices control submitted queries, retention, and sharing. Review the provider's terms before sending personal information because we do not control those practices.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to courts, the Sheriff, Washington agencies, legal resources, or outside search providers. Once a visitor leaves this website, the destination's privacy policy applies. Read it before providing personal details.
Some advertising companies may track activity between websites to select ads. That process occurs on their systems.
